FRCS-accredited EFD / POS vendor

Accredited ERP & POS Vendors in Fiji

Not every vendor selling a till in Fiji can keep you VMS-compliant. Here is how to shortlist an accredited ERP/POS vendor — and the questions worth asking before you sign anything.

FRCS-accredited (P184) Ask AI on every module No credit card Built in Fiji

Under Fiji’s VAT Monitoring System (VMS), the vendor you buy your POS or fiscal solution from matters as much as the product itself: only solutions accredited by FRCS can issue valid fiscal invoices. This guide gives you a practical shortlist checklist for comparing accredited ERP and POS vendors in Fiji. e-Business is an FRCS-accredited EFD/POS vendor (accreditation P184, VSDC v3), and everything below is the same standard we hold ourselves to.

The shortlist

Six things to verify before choosing a vendor

  • Current FRCS accreditation — ask for the accreditation ID and check it against the FRCS accredited POS/E-SDC list. An expired or missing listing means non-compliant invoices.
  • SDC version — newer accreditations run against the Virtual Sales Data Controller v3. Ask which SDC version the vendor’s solution is accredited with, and when it was last re-accredited.
  • Full system or just a receipt printer — some vendors sell a fiscal device and nothing else. If you will ever need inventory, debtors, payroll or accounting, a vendor whose POS is part of a full ERP saves a second project later.
  • Local, Fiji-time support — when a till stops at 5pm on a Saturday, a help desk in another timezone doesn’t help. Check live chat hours and who actually answers.
  • Transparent pricing — a vendor that publishes all prices (including add-ons, devices and renewals) is a vendor you can budget around. Hidden “implementation” fees are the classic trap.
  • Try before you commit — a self-service free trial tells you more than any demo deck. If the vendor won’t let you in without a sales process, ask why.

Where e-Business fits: FRCS-accredited since 2019 (P044), re-accredited 2026 against VSDC v3 (P184). Every price is public, signup is self-service with a 7-day free trial, and the POS is part of a complete cloud ERP with Ask AI on every module. Plans from FJ$49/month.

Ask the vendor

Questions that separate vendors quickly

  • “What is your FRCS accreditation ID, and which SDC version is it for?”
  • “What happens to my fiscal invoices when the internet drops?” — look for a real offline answer, not a shrug.
  • “Is inventory, accounting and payroll in the same database as the POS, or a separate product?”
  • “What is the all-in cost in year two?” — licences, devices, support and upgrades.
  • “Can I export all my data at any time?” — the answer should be an unconditional yes.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Who are the accredited POS vendors in Fiji?
FRCS publishes the official list of accredited POS and E-SDC solutions on its website under the VAT Monitoring System section. e-Business ERP System appears on that list; always verify a vendor's accreditation ID against the FRCS list before buying.
Is e-Business an accredited ERP/POS vendor?
Yes. e-Business is an FRCS-accredited EFD/POS vendor. The current accreditation, P184, was issued in September 2026 against Virtual Sales Data Controller v3, building on the original 2019 accreditation P044.
What is the difference between a POS vendor and an accredited POS vendor?
Any company can sell point-of-sale hardware or software, but only solutions accredited by FRCS under the Electronic Fiscal Device Regulations can issue valid fiscal invoices into the VAT Monitoring System. If VMS applies to your business, an unaccredited POS is a compliance risk.
How do I verify a vendor's accreditation?
Ask the vendor for their accreditation ID, then check the accredited POS/E-SDC list on the FRCS website. Confirm the registered entity name and that the accreditation covers the SDC version they are actually deploying.
Does e-Business sell only the POS?
No — the accredited POS is one module of a complete cloud ERP covering accounting, inventory, purchasing, payroll (FNPF/PAYE), CRM, projects and HR, with an Ask AI assistant throughout. You can start with POS and switch on more as you grow.
How much does it cost?
Cloud plans start at FJ$49/month with a 7-day free trial and no credit card. All pricing, including devices and add-ons, is published on the pricing page.
